I am writing in regards to the UniChip that was installed in my 1997 model Subaru WRX. I found that the improvement that the fitment of this unit made to my otherwise standard car was quite staggering, with a power improvement of approximately 20% with the standard exhaust, as well as fuel economy improvement in the same range. In "real world" performance testing, namely rolling starts in gear, I have found an improvement of around 20~30 % over the standard car, with the ability to run the car in higher gear, yet with a better throttle response than the standard car in lower gears.

I have also found that the installation of the UniChip has improved the cars drivability around town, and on the open road, making the car easier to drive, but just as quick. The reliability of the car has been flawless in over 15,000k’s in the last five months.

I would recommend the fitment of the UniChip to anyone.
