Disconnect the fuel return hose from the fuel pressure regulator.
Remove the Y-Block and fuel supply hose from the fuel filter. |

Remove the fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter. Discard the fuel filter. | |

Install the adaptor (Item 23) between the fuel return hose and the stock fuel supply line (which will now be used as a fuel return line). |  |

Install the hose joiners (Item 8) to the fuel supply hoses. |  |
|
5 |
Remove the stock air pump hose from the rear of the intake manifold. | |
|
6 |
Remove the intake manifold in accordance with the factory service manual. | |
| 7 | Remove and discard the stock fuel rails. | |
|
8 |
Remove and discard the stock bracket shown from the LHS rear of the intake manifold. |  |
|
9 |
Reinstall the intake manifold. | |
| 10 | Route the LHS and RHS fuel supply hoses (Items 10 & 11) from the rear of the RHS of the intake manifold over the bell housing to the LHS of the gearbox.
Secure the hoses with tie straps (Item 9). |

| 11 | Route the LHS and RHS fuel supply hoses (Items 10 & 11) beside the stock fuel lines and secure with P-Clamps (Item 21) and tie (Item 9) as shown. |  |
| 12 | Secure the fuel hose with a P-Clamp (Item 21). |  |
| 13 | Install the fuel hoses (Items 10 & 11) to the hose joiners (Item 8) and secure the hoses with ties straps (Item 9) as shown. |  |
| 14 | Install the fuel rail brackets (Item 2) to the fuel rails and retain with 4mm B/H bolts (Item 3).
Install the straight adaptors (Item 4) to the front and rear of the RHS fuel rail (Item 1). Install the straight adaptor (Item 4) to the rear of the LHS fuel rail (Item 1). Install the O-ring (Item 18) to the straight adaptor (Item 5) and install to the front of the LHS fuel rail (Item 1). Install the Tee fitting (Item 6) (note orientation) to the straight adaptor (Item 5) at the front of the LHS fuel rail (Item 1). |

| 15 | Install the fuel rail assemblies and retain with the stock mounting hardware. |  |
| 16 | Install the LHS fuel supply hose (Item 10) to the rear of the LHS fuel rail (Item 1) and install the RHS fuel rail (Item 11) to the rear of the RHS fuel rail (Item 1). |  |
| 17 | Remove both side adaptors from the fuel pressure regulator. |  |
| 18 | Install the plug (Item 17) and straight adaptor (Item 22) into the fuel pressure regulator. |  |
| 19 | Install the regulator mounting bracket (Item 7) to the fuel pressure regulator and install this assembly to the LHS shock mount in the engine bay. Retain with the stock nut. |  |
| 20 | Install the fuel; balance hose (Item 12) between the two front fuel rail fittings (Items 4 & 6). |  |
| 21 | Install the fuel rail to regulator hose (Item 13) between the LHS fuel rail front fitting (Item 6) and the front adaptor (Item 22) on the fuel pressure regulator. |  |
| 22 | Install the quick connect fitting (Item 15) and the 90 deg swivel fitting (Item 22) to the fuel return hose (Item 14). |  |
| 23 | Install the fuel return hose assembly to the fuel pressure regulator and the stock fuel line. |  |
| 24 | Remove the tape and separate the stock fuel tank breather hose from the stock fuel supply hose and discard the stock fuel supply hose. |  |
| 25 | Reinstall the stock fuel tank breather hose. |  |
| 26 | Install the Tee-piece (Item 20) to the pressure sensing hose at the front RHS of the engine bay and retain with spring clips (Item 24).
Install the pressure sensing hose (Item 20) to the Tee-piece (Item 19) and secure with spring clips (Item 24). |

| 27 | Route the pressure sensing hose (Item 20) as shown. |  |
| 28 | Install the pressure sensing hose (Item 20) to the fuel pressure regulator and retain with a spring clip (Item 24). |  |
| 29 | Reinstall the stock rear air pump hose. |  |
| 30 |
Turn the ignition on and off to bring up the fuel pressure. Check all hoses and connections for fuel leaks. |
